Letter to Parents and Guests
Dear Parents and Guests,
We would like to welcome you to our library media centers. CHCSS Library Media Centers are open to all students. There is a limit to the Elementary students to borrow 1 book from the CHCSS Library. Meanwhile, Senior students are able to borrow up to two books at a time from the CHCSS Library. The books can be kept for one (1) week. They can be renewed by bringing them in if they are not finished with them. Students cannot renew by phone but must bring the book in to get it renewed.
The library and media centers are open from 7:30 to 15:30 and you are welcome at any time. The library has excellent facilities and outstanding collections. We all feel that reading to young children is very important.
We have a large fiction section as well as non-fiction, and also have collections in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia. There is also a large collection of books about KBBI, books on self-improvement, and religion. All the libraries welcome teachers, staff and students. We would like to invite you to come to meet us. The library is free to use at all times except Saturday and long holidays.
Please feel free to come in at any time and introduce yourselves to us. We will be happy to help you or answer your questions.
Sincerely,
Marlin Tangibali - Elementary School Librarian
Novita Nupa – Senior School Librarian
