CHCSS Borrowing Guidelines

1. CHCSS students are allowed to borrow library books and audiobooks beginning the second day of class.
2. Elementary students are able to borrow 1 book at a time from the CHCSS Library. Senior students are able to borrow up to two books at a time from the CHCSS Library.
3. The time limit for borrowing books for students is one week and it can be extended for twice.
4. Non-CHCSS members will not be able to borrow CHCSS library materials.
5. CHCSS teachers are to check out library materials in person.
6. Cita Hati teachers and staff are eligible to borrow two books at a time for academic needs with the approval of the librarian .
7. The time limit for borrowing books for teachers and staff is one week and it can be extended for twice.
8. Teachers are eligible to borrow Teacher’s Resources for a period of one academic year.
9. Librarians should ensure CHCSS students, teachers and staff return all library materials on time.
